Fnb Taki g money with out notice to their customers

I'm a client at fnb for the last 2 years and on Thursday a large chunk of my salary just disappeared out of my acc I phoned the bank and the told me it's bank charges for what I do not know not one of the personal I spoke to had the same story I'm very mad and will not use that acc until all my money is back in my acc the service is poor and if your money's color not rite then your a miner to the bank I sat at the bank on Friday because it was closed the bank was offline this seems to happen a lot to fnb when I asked one of the lady's that came back with food and drinks she slammed the side door in my face rep**** we r offline nothing we can do now that is service I'm gonna go back to capitec seeing that a lot of people say it better unless fnb can do me one better by giving back my MO ey they took
