FNB TAKES YOUR LAST MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT ASKING

FNB has taken my last feul money for this "Bank my change" business and I didn't give permission. I do not have a cheque account and there is nothing in this so-called savings pocket they talk about. When I went onto the app to SEcure chat, the secure chat feature is unavailable. I phoned but they hang up. I went to the website only to see that I can no longer do a secure chat.

R401. is a lot of money when you don't have it. It does not show up anywhere in my account and I am stranded without fuel. I didn't sign up for this!!!!!! You can't even post on their Facebook page
