FNB takes us to the cleaners.

We are behind on our bond payments and the bank has obtained a judgement against us. The sheriff has now come to my house to write up movable assets I refused them entry as we have agreed with FNB to sell the house on the quick sale option, the sheriff has not been informed by FNB lawyers that we have taken that route. FNB also took what they call a set off from our bank account of R71 500.00 which was 80% of what we had in the account, it was inheritance money which we recently received. Do they intend to leave us with nothing? How can an institution like FNB do something like this? Is this constitutionally acceptable? Can FNB not communicate effectively with the lawyers to stop this as this should have been done when we signed the quick sale agreement?

We have an agreement with FNB to sell the property and they agreed that if the settlement amount is not achieved they will give us 50% off the difference and we would pay back the agreed amount. What are they trying to achieve by taking all our stuff which is not worth much anyway?
