FNB takes no responsibility for issues and refuses proof

So after my last complaint about FNB using my Mothers account to pay my credit card without any authorisation from me or her. The service I received was shocking!! The answers/reasons they came up with was far fetched and incorrect! 1. According to the lady who phoned me I CHANGED MY CREDIT CARD PAYMENT PLAN TO FULL PAYMENT - now surely I would remember if I was stupid enough to do that online as she says. 2. According to her because my mother was listed as "assurity" when I opened my account in 2000, they now debit order the money from her account (without any proof of consent provided despite my asking twice!) 3. Also according to her these debit orders went off because I paid my credit card on the due dates. (Which I proved her wrong about - she did not have the fact in front of her as I paid well in advance on both occassions.) 4. I am still waiting for her to call back after our last conversation where she was so friendly to interrupt me the whole time while I was showing her where she gave me incorrect information. 5. I am also still waiting for the email proof that my credit card payment plan was changed back to normal. 6. I am also still waiting for the real answer as to how and why this payment plan was changed - BECAUSE I KNOW FOR A FACT IT WAS NOT DONE ONLINE BY ME! So the ONLINE excuse is nonsense.

When FNB decide to contact me, the facts better be correct this time.
