FNB takes my money.

Deposited cash at Groblersdal atm 25/06 /2015 in Groblersdal. To date the funds have still not reflected in my account. I've been intouch with the branch Manger Derrick Singh who keeps passing the buck on and says he can do nothing about it. It's been 5days now and I get no feedback from FNB or the branch manager. I have to keep calling to check and nothing is being done about it. No reply to my emails either I have proof of the amount deposited.
