FNB takes more than they should
I had a personal loan with FNB, with 2741 left to pay, they took 1620.35 and 1620.34 on one day, more than I owed !!!!!!!!!!! BUT do you think the incompentent service centre people can help me NO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are a bunch of *****s !!!!!!

07 Oct 2020, 12:07Its been one week, and a lady called but didnt want to speak to ( even though I have permission to speak ) after another 2 complaints about my loan being in advance of R499 ( take note its paid off ) NOBODY gives me feedback !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please return my 499 ???? Its my money, I am finished with my loan !!!!!!!!! I want it today !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
