FNB takes money without permission

So after trying to get in touch with FNB numerous times, and asking them to get someone to call me back, they have deducted all the money out of my account, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, and said there is nothing they can do to refund me. So now I am left with R2000 and R12000 worth of debit orders that go off over the next 3 days and no way of paying them. Let's not forget the R100 that FNB also deducts for every debit order that bounces as if it's your fault. Thank you so much FNB for ****ing nothing! You useless pieces of money grabbing ****!
