FNB Takes money wherever they can

I wanted to close a business account before the new month started. Account owed nothing. I spoke to Rochelle through the FNB app and she confirmed that billing is in advance and since I was cancelling on the last day I couldn't close the account because they wanted to charge me for another month. Incredible really.
