FNB takes money from my savings account without my permission
FNB called me today to ask if they can take R500 from my savings account to pay my loan account. I told her over the phone I do NOT consent. After fighting with me and I said to not take my money as this is my food money for my family. She put the phone down and took R500 from my savings account and put it in the loan account without my permission. If this money is not back in my account I will lodge a complaint with the banking ombudsman. FNB had NO right to take money from my account.
