FNB Takes money from my account without my consent

Twice FNB has taken my money from my account without my consent, telling me that they are trying to help me so that i do not fall behind, did i say i needed help? absolutely no, this is really unacceptable i want that money as i had plans for it, who gave you permission to take money from my account.
