FNB takes money away from 4 year old

I invest in Kruger rands with FNB. I had some Kruger rands for myself and my Four year old daughter invested with them. I made a substantial sum of money when I was informed that due to a glitch on the FNB website I made money when I should not have. I told the FNB rep that I had made money previously when I saw volatility on the gold price but she said that I should understand that those were small sums but because of the substantial amount I made this time they found a fault on the system. when I made thousands in the same conditions it was normal, when it made millions it was a fault. They cleared all the money from my share investor account, kept me waiting the whole day for official confirmation of what's happening and at the end of the day the feedback was, no feedback. I asked FNB to justify what they were doing with regards to the agreement entered into between myself and them, in 24 hrs nothing. I had transferred some money to my savings pocket, this included my capital as well as my profit. I told Janine that this was my capital and profit and they must do the calculations and take their money and leave mine. then they took all my money and my 4 year olds.
