FNB - takes money after your loan is paid
Absolutely useless, they keep taking my money for a personal loan that has already been paid off. They refuse to help me and I keep getting transfered to people who can't help me with my issue. I've gone in to the branch but no one could help me. I'm furious as I've been dealing with this for over 2 weeks and nothing has been resolved. They are basically *****ing from me. I would not recommend FNB to anyone
