FNB takes judgments after sequestration.

I was a client of FNB for many years. I was retrenched when the company I worked for, merged with another company and fell on hard times financially. I was eventually sequestrated and my overdraft cheque account and revolving credit account was part of the sequestration. In spite of being included in the sequestration process, having been given due notice, FNB chose to Take judgment against me in the JHB High Court. My estate is now rehabilitated, but the judgment still stands, as well as the adverse listing on the revolving credit account. My attorneys provided experion credit bureau and all other credit bureaus with proof of the rehabilitation but inspite of this, I am still listed as a bad [ayer and defaulter on the credit bureaus. FNB received a dividend of the outstanding debt as per the court order, but they still choose to have me listed on the credit bureaus.
