FNB takes forever to sort out an problem that's there fault and doesn't want to pay your money back

FNB doesn't really care about there customers I've been fighting with FNB for the past month and every time I get different reference numbers but no result.

This is like my 3 posts and yet they don't care

I'm forever fighting for my money.
