FNB takes extremely long to load Refunds

<p>On the 3rd of Febuary 2017 a refund was loaded from an FNB terminal to my FNB cheque card. It has now been 4 days and still nothing is showing in my FNB cheque account. The merchant has advised me that the money has already left from their side and when I spoke with FNB, they informed me that there is nothing they can do until the money shows on my statement? So the money is hanging in the air somewhere and FNB cannot help me? I have been banking with FNB for a couple of years and paid their expensive banking fees and this is the service I get? I will be moving to another bank this week. With other banks such as ABSA refunds takes a day or two at most! And this isnt the first time that I have been struggling to get my money from FNB.</p>
