FNB takes customers for granted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! time to switch banks

Very bad customer service after airtime purchase !!!!! I purchased airtime online via cellphone banking and I didn't receive it Upon calling customer service, they failed to resolve my issue timeously and instead kept me waiting online for 42 min until I had to hang up the call. My loss I guess *sad*
