Fnb takes away Ebucks for those who don't have their app

Generally happy but feeling very frustrated that Fnb now forces the client to get their App to qualify for Ebucks. After a long while, I finally qualified but now less than a year later, I don't, because I don't have the app. In principle, they should not take away privileges that may have been used as a selling point for a specific account in the past, in order to now forcefully encourage the client to do what Fnb wants (use the app). It's totally unnecessary if one can do online banking. If it wasn't for all the admin attached to moving banks, I'd totally leave Fnb out of principle. Yes, they can legally change things as they want but this move is just not cool and really does not consider the clients needs or desires.
