FNB TAKES ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY

FNB gets a one star rating from me for taking advantage of old ladies. Despicable behavior from FNB Uitenhage staff member for not helping my mother withdraw an E wallet cash advance from me. What the staff member did instead is open up an account for my mother, an account she does not want or need!!! I insist that this staff member face disciplinary action for being an opportunist and preying on the elderly. I want answers!!! I want that account closed!!! I will also take my banking elsewhere!!! I will call for a public outcry on social media and I will call for a boycott of all FNB services for this disgusting behavior from their staff.
