Fnb takers but not givers

Amazing how you take away in less then 24 hours and when I try and get ahold of you you are now where.... I have held on to speak to someone to get my overdraft reinstated after it was taken away wrongfully for more than 36min a time... Once I actually get through no one can help me and then they transfer me between 100s of people... Not even my private banker is assisting me in this. Send her mails on Monday and till now no responds. The same with Crystal. She was the last person they told me to speak to direct line no answer att all email address no responds as well.

It's disgusting really and to think I have been banking with you for over 15 year.

All I want is an answer is that really to much to ask for
