FNB "TAKEALOT" OF TIME TO DELIVER CARD

Waoting 3 weeis for new card. FNB's delivery contractor Takealot take a lot of time and rep**** they didnt read/decided not to reply when I complained on their ****ed Customer porthole...so they must be overwelmed by complaints. I complained a week ago on FNB's careline but still no reponse
