FNB / Takealot failure to deliver a mere cheque card!!
Business Cheque Card still not delivered 10 days after it was ordered which is way more than the 3-5 days promised. To date Takealot has not contacted me to arrange delivery.
I've never experienced this when you were using CCD couriers to deliver my cards.
Be like Capitec and keep things simple... they at least value time. TICK TOCK.
