FNB TAKEALOT DILIVERIES SERVICES IS APPALLING!

FNB Take a lot deliveries services are incredibly poor! I'm so displeased by the poor level of service I have received while waiting for my FNB credit card to be delivered. I have been given the run around and told that my card would be delivered today. And su sequentlt received a call to be told that there has been an error in the system, that my card would not be dilivered today and told to go and collect the card at their Depot... THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS and UNPROFFESIONAL!

I'm immensely disappointed and dissatisfied with their services. I want my card. It's been more than the 3 to 5 working days that was initially communicated with me! Awful service!
