FNB Takealot Delivery Team

My FNB Cheque card has been with Takelot since the 3rd of March, They did try to call me but I was busy at that stage. They have sent me an sms with a ref number and since then I have been struggling to get hold of them to get my card delivered. you just NEVER get Through to the 087 number. How do I get hold of my card?????
