Fnb take your teamleaders to leadership courses

I went to phumulani fnb branch and i was assisted nicely with a smile and high level of professionalism by consultant named Florah Raphadu whom im giving 5 stars,but im rating Fnb 1 star to none because i noticed a lady called Merriam who is also an fnb employee i dont know what is her role at the branch,she was so arrogant and mean towards the consultants.Such behavior is not acceptable at all.
