FNB take money whenever they feel like it

I'm this close this morning to change my accounts. Why do FNB debit loans on 14th when they clearly indicated that the payment dat is the 25th! I indicated my salary come in around the 20th when I app**** for the loan. Is other banks like this as well? Because if there's a bank out there that will stick to their own agreements I would switch today!
