FNB systems not up to scratch

I have tried over a week to call FNB's online (debit order department) to cancel and reverse a stop order but it seems their systems are not up to scratch because every-time after holding on for so long I always got cut off and no one will have a decency to call me. So, FNB for a change please call me so we can sort this once and for all... Thanks
