FNB systems errors : does anyting actualy work at FNB? Why is FNB online broken so often ?

FNB Error code 217. Can't Transfer funds or pay Recipients.

I keep on getting error code: 217 every time I try to transfer from one account to another. This is a HUGE problem since there are certain things that I need to pay and I have debit orders going of on my one account and I need to transfer funds over.

I am unable to reach any form of telephonic support, all numbers on your website and on the internet simply ring or inform me that you are closed on public holidays. Unfortunately, I expect you to be able to assist me any day of the year. I need help ASAP.
