FNB systems - Easily Breathable - Be aware

I once reported ***** to FNB which happened on the 24th of January 2025. On that day, there were strange calls which I received and saved as I was suspicious of strange calls after the incidents. Today I discovered that one of those cellphone numbers bought airtime from my daughter's account and probably could have send an ewallet - fortunately, the account had no money. The question is, how was the strange number linked to the account and now the owner is able to do cellphone banking via my account.

FNB systems questionable!!!!!!!!!!! Once again, I am still fighting the battles. FNB did not take responsibility then, and now I am still faced with FNB system breaches which I believe FNB should be able to protect its clients against these intelligent *****sters or are we dealing with an internal syndicate here.
