FNB Systems bully

Since when are decisions made on ones accounts without discussion or notification? Since when are we bul**** into using courier services when not asked for?? I have banked with FNB for the past 30 years and never has it been so bad. The sales consultant as well as the branch Manager which I dealt with were both superb, professional and very helpful but sadly both have their hands tied to the bottom rung of this very long corporate ladder. What is sad is that what we had agreed too and implemented on the account was NOT put into action and the FNB systems are failing their customers and employees. Being bul**** into services not suitable to the customer is not the right way guys! I am a paying customer and feel completely disappointed in the manner I have been treated by third party contractors as well as FNB systems. How can you help me????? Seriously considering closing my accounts as a result.....
