FNB systems are useless and non functional

FNB systems are useless and non functional. I tried to make a purchase via an EFT transaction and the system just refused to work. First i could not move funds to my personal account, then i called the service desk and Julia tried to assist me. We past the cutoff time off 16:00 and the transaction could not be completed. We eventually left the store without the purchase due to FNB's useless NON FUNCTIONAL systems. Absolutely pathetic!!!!
