FNB System Unavailability and Time Wasted

For two weeks, I've been so busy I couldn't run any errands. This afternoon, with 20 minutes to spare I popped out to my branch to have statements stamped. Lo and behold they cannot assist me, all digital channels, as well as the branch, is down.

This is beyond ridiculous that in our country the most trusted bank can go down and leave their customers stranded.

I want my fees for this month to be waived. That is the cost at my hourly rate of the time you wasted.
