FNB system to be reviewed

I tried to apply for a credit card online wonderful if it works but it does not work gives you some strange error "plastic???" tried it 3 times Then I tried the online chat "no 9" in the line forever and then sorry you have been disconnected and I am sitting watching this screen and when asked if I want to continue to be online i confirm yes but still my chat gets disconnected. Then i phoned FNB and the poor lady also tried twice to apply for the car with no success then she used another app which thankfully worked. FNB if is nice advertising all these fancy systems but they do not work GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER IT IS SO FRUSTRATING AND *****ING OUR TIME AND PATIENCE
