FNB system down on a Friday the 1st when people need payments

Cannot access on App or Website since midday... This on a Friday, the 1st of the month to pay people.. Poor show. Is it Loadshedding or just FNB slipping again ... And the person wanting his money doesn't believe FNB is down. He is obviously watching all the brilliant FNB TV ads , and off course he is with another bank that is operating...
