FNB SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK

I have been trying to get hold of FNB on the number they supp**** ***. I have tried it 30 times over the last 2 days. How do they expect one to get hold of this individual that one is supposed to call. I then googled the Hyde Park Branch number *** again the same thing one wring and it cuts out. So FNB HOW DO WE GET HOLD OF YOU? FNB has always been proud of its digital system but it does not work.
