FNB system compromised

Care@fnb does not care about it's clients. 2 months after my pin was changed without my authorisation fnb has still not returned to me with what occurred. Nobody could see on the system who requested this pin change or who made it happen. Either the bank is not seeing the ramifications of how big an issue this can become or they are covering this up and hoping that I will just forget about it. If it can happen to 1 account it can happen to any countless accounts.
