FNB system a joke

I upgraded my Gold Cheque and Credit card accounts to Platinum in April. Due to the great inefficiency of the FNB upgrade process I had to use the call center to change my Straight and Budget limits (Normally done online) to use for a trip that we had planned (They where unable to finish the upgrade in time). Transactions where going off on my GOLD credit card account and would be transferred to the Platinum once upgrade was done. The agent only changed the GOLD credit card limits and left the Platinum as is claiming it will be corrected when the amounts are transfered. This did not happen which lead to me going over my straight limit on the platinum even though I spent well within my limits.

This brings me to my real complaint.

I did not receive the full eBucks allocation that i was supposed to. I spend as I should, I have a qualifying overdraft, etc, but my points where not allocated.

I queried this on the 8th of May, and STILL have not received ANY feedback on the problem.

Call center agents keep me on the line until the call is cut and never call back. The query is apparently escalated, but no one can provide feedback.

Why is FNB *****ing eBucks points from me?
