FNB switch very poor

When i switch to FNB from ABSA the agent told me that all my debit orders wil be moved over and the account wil be closed on my behalf 2 years later absa phones me to tell I owed a amount of 1300 for banking charges and FNB never closed the account after the agent said that they wil close it for me and now FNB playes dum very disappointed in FNB
