Fnb switch promotions

I received the spam sms to switch to fnb with the promise of R2000 being transferred to my account to help me with the move. We'll rep**** and switched my salary and debit orders to my new premier account. Probably false advertising because no funds were transferred to my account. I thought I'd met all the qualifying criteria. Probably best to switch back to my previous bank. First consultant promised credit would be done 15 days after salary and debit order switched. Its been 60 days already.
