FNB Switch Campaign?????

This is my third review is probably one week. It is about the FNB switch campaign. I have comp**** to all the requirements to receive the R2000 for switching to FNB. It is now more than 6 months ago that I did the switch. I don't hear from FNB and nobody contacts me. In the previous reviews FNB sent me messages with reference numbers where they say they will contact me within 48 working hours. To this day nobody has contacted me. This is extremely poor service. I am giving one star, but no stars are deserved. Can anybody please contact me????
