FNB SWITCH CAMPAIGN???

This is my fourth review is 2Weeks. Still the same review regarding the FNB switch campaign. I switched in January and have still not received the R2000 that was part of the switch. Worst of all no feedback. The little feedback I received was incorrect. Since contacting Hellopeter, all FNB has done was to say they will contact me within 24-48 working hours. This has no been going on for more than two weeks. Still nobody from FNB has contacted me? What is going on? Does FNB have NO REGARD FOR THE PEOPLE WHO BANK WITH THEM?? This is extremely poor!
