FNB Switch Campaign??

I received a sms from FNB Switch Campaign in January. The sms said switch you salary and debit order and FNB will reward you with R2000.00. I decided to switch to FNB as in the past I was very happy with the service. I did comply with all the requirements and was also told my numerous FNB bankers that I have done so. I still have not received the R2000.00 that was part of the switch campaign. I have spoken to so many bankers regarding this and they always tell me they will escalate. Still nothing happens. I later was contacted by a banker telling me I did not meet all the requirements. According to the helpdesk I did not switch more than 2 debit orders within 60 days. This is also not true as I switched to FNB middle of January 2020 and end January my salary was deposited into FNB account and already two debit orders were switched. It is now July and still nothing has happened. Is this the kind of service I can expect from FNB in the future. No communication and also not following through on offers provided from FNB?
