FNB switch and bait account upgrade

App**** for an increase on my overdraft, in order to pay unexpected bills. Instead of giving me the offered overdraft increase, they told me I could go for an account upgrade to premium, and I assumed that I had to accept it in order to get the overdraft increase. Instead, no overdraft increase was given, and I am now stuck with an account that is now TWICE as expensive as before when all I wanted to do was apply for an overdraft increase.

So I reapp****, only to be told, my application was denied, have a nice day. Will be downgrading my account back to where it was, as I never wanted the upgrade in the first place.
