FNB Switch a ****
First National Bank entice people with it's "switch & Save" adverti*****t. The last call and email reference number RM*** This is my last attempt to get FNB to honour their advertised offer to give client who switch to FNB.
I was offered a switch offer to choose between getting 15% car repayment discount or R5500 in E-Bucks, and others. I chose R5500 in E-Bucks till today I have not received those EBucks.
I called numerous times spoke to different FNB agent on call and on emails, the last email and call conversation was with Tebogo Molefe from FNB switch whom promised the ebucks will reflect in the account within 3days from the date of our conversation even sent me email to confirm that promise. To my demay till today nothing is credited to me no one comeback to me.
This is unacceptable for such a big Bank to **** people to leave their banks to join FNB with advertised lies to attract customers. I will not let FNB lie to more clients, I will take necessary action against the Bank if I don't get reply before the end of tomorrow.
