FNB Suspends my account due to their negligence

I have an FNB credit and cheque card, and use both on a regular basis.
On the weekend I used my credit card on several occasions at multiple stores. All transactions went through and I however received no notification of the transactions via sms/ mail or internet.
3 days later (today) all the transactions went off at the same time and my account went into negative and FNB suspended my account. After contacting FNB, I was told that the stores all banked the money late and it was not FNB's fault.
HOW COULD ALL THE STORES, ALL FROM DIFFERENT COMPANIES BANK THEIR MONEY ALL AT EXACTLY THE SAME TIME??? So, they suspended my account and I get a snotty message to say I will get my credit record negatively marked.... WHY?? Because FNB can't get the transactions to bank immediatley?

Why is it that when I use my Credit card at other locations, the transaction goes through immediatley and there is no 'banking' required by the stores? It reflects in my account straight away!
FNB, I don't appreciate having my accounts suspended over your mistakes... please get your act together... your Credit Card service is not that great after all....
