Fnb suspended my acc when all Fica docs were submitted

FNB REF ***0. i supp**** all my Fica documents....not only to the grneric ebb e mail..but also to service...and to my horror and dismay my account got blocked today. All my transactions were rejected. I have been banking with FNB for the past 17 yrs. This is totally unacceptable. The call center agent even says "...No problem..." when am in a ****load of inconviences. He checks my submissions...co forms all is in order and still want to interrogate me about my citizenship et al....for what.? FNB used to be a pioneer on technology..atms...atm cash deposit...hassle free apps...what went wrong. For starters you send notifications via SMS ..in this day and age who reads sms's ?. You call or e mail me when you need some information urgently but for something as crucial as "suspending" my account no courtesy call or e mail. What if i were outside the country? Am done with FNB...
