FNB suspended account. Dismal support

My account was suspended due to KYC . I tried multiple times to do this on the app via secure chat .very frustrating.

I don't have the time to go to a branch. FNB calls from unknown numbers not verified .another problem .

Today I tried again via secure chat and I have screenshots where this agent (person) just defaults to say they will help me shortly . I've gotten maybe 8 of these while waiting .this is not on .

FNB, fix this asap . This proves kyv FICA or whatever yourl need . Unblock my accounts
