Fnb Survivor Plan 2004/10/25

I took the Survivor Plan out in October 2004, I contributed R60 per month for 20 years. Since December 2024 the monthly premium was not deducted from my account and in February 2025 I contact a consultant on my Fnb app and was told to go to my nearest branch? Unfortunately I could not go as yet and decided let me first phone Fnb Life, I spoke to Kaylene and she cannot pick up anything on my ID Nr and also know nothing about a Survivor Plan, apparently there is a lot of queries about this plan?? Sge also suggests that I go to my nearest Fnb branch? I then phoned Fnb Complaints Department and spoke to Letabo, she also did not know about the Survivor Plan and also could not pick anything up on the system with my ID Nr, the Plan Nr???? I contributed R14 400.00 altogether fir 20 years and nobody can find anything??? If anything happens and I pass on my daughter who is the nominated beneficiary will not get one cent?? Not to talk about the interest that I could have earned if I saved the contributions??? The cover is R3000.00 per month for 12 months which is R36000.00 and where is the contributions? My first Survivor Plan Number is *** and was later changed to Plan Nr ***. I have all the original documents like the application aswell as the Survivor Plan. I worked for Fnb for 22 years. I also sold this Insurance Plan to a lot of customers at Westgate Branch. I am very worried about this as no one is able to assist me in this regard??? What happened to my Insurance and all the premiums for 20 years??? I cannot see why I must go to my nearest branch if nobody at Fnb Life can trace me on their system with the abovementioned Survival Plan Numbers or with my ID Nr? Apparently the said persons cannot go back further as 3 months on my cheque account history. Please I am very worried and I really hope Fnb can assist me. Thanks Mrs A A Matthee
