FNB SUPPORTS *****ULENT ONLINE TRANSACTIONS

My report of 3 *****ulent transactions was taken by this reference on the statement. If FNB is too useless to track a *****ulent payment, it was done by this company. They took two payments of R23 and a further larger one of R375.45, which I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. I have never heard of this company before and found them by searching their payment reference on Google! FNB has a glitch in their system that allows this type of incident to happen and I expect FNB to reverse all three transactions as *****ulent. In November last year, I picked up a duplicate payment made to a vendor and reported it to be reversed.... I'm still waiting!!! I went back to the vendor, showed him the duplicated transaction and demanded a refund. He was very flustered and tried to make excuses, but eventually he angrily refunded me the R117. Now, how do I redeem the above 3 transactions from an unknown website, unless MY SUPPOSED TRUSTED BANK doesn't protect me?
