FNB supports Planet Fitness

I am writing this review for my son. He was a member of Planet Fitness. He was under 18 and got a special price to join. Then Planet Fitness cancelled his membership in December and refused him using the gym. There was also no debit order taken in December. Then this week in January Planet Fitness takes another debit order from his account. And FNB takes R70 for servive fees for this transaction. I am furious! You can’t go into the gym and sort this out and when you phone Planet Fitness they tell you they can’t ‘hear’ you. I can’t believe that FNB allows another debit order after it has been cancelled for a month without the person who the card belongs to approving such a debit order. I am not going to allow Planet Fitness to do this to us again. Either you help us FNB or we are moving banks for good. And it will be me and both my sons you loose as clients.
