FNB supports ***** and is ***********

After months of emails and complaints, even escalating the matter to the Ombud FNB still could not give feedback with regards to a seemingly simple matter. There was ********** activities with regards to my creditcard and also two unauthorised debit orders from my account in May 2019. 7 months later and still no one could explain to me what happened. I pay bank fees every month (and definitely not the cheapest fees that are offered by banks) yet they cannot provide a simple service. I do not know where to go with this anymore. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. They are ********** and useless.
